Stayed here over my birthday and actually had a caravan that was upgraded in a lovely quiet part of the park. Was especially glad as it was the football final while we were there!! Amazing caravan, fab service while we were there and all enjoyed including our dogs!! Weather helped too!! Brill weekend away and my six year old was already asking when we can go again! Have booked already for next year! Super organised and for once, covid regs, make things a lot easier etc to check in and get to your caravan hassle free! Brilliant time, thanks Haven!!
A very smooth check in, we arrived 30 minutes early and security let us in no problems. At first sight caravan seemed clean and smelt nice. Looking closer at furniture we noticed had not been wiped properly and a shelf by the sofa was covered in dog hairs. Shop was well stocked and staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, menu fairly bland, felt a bit rushed as they brought food and drinks at same time. We spent most of our time off site, our dog was welcome everywhere. We booked stay and play but will book Stay next time.
This year has been a great year for Holidays in the UK, next year is expected to be even better.
