THE FOLLOWING TERMS &
CONDITION WILL APPLY TO YOUR BOOKING:
1. The person named on the Booking Form/Key Form will be
responsible for all the members of his/her party. A Contract
will take effect when written confirmation of the Booking has
been issued.
2. A deposit of £100 will be required to reserve your Holiday
Accommodation, or payment may be made in full. Cheque to be made
payable to: Ms J Bradley and sent to:

3. The Balance payment must
be paid 6 weeks prior to the Holiday commencement date, or if a
Booking is made within 6 weeks of the Holiday start date,
payment will be required in full when booking is confirmed.
4. If the full Balance payment is not received by the due date,
your Holiday Reservation may be cancelled without any refund.
5. If you wish to amend or cancel your Reservation, please
telephone me on 07932 621763. Notification of cancellation must
be received in writing, returning any booking documents to me.
Your cancellation date will start from the day I receive your
written confirmation of cancellation. In addition, the following
cancellation charges will apply to cover any costs incurred.

6. I am unable to take Bookings for groups of young people under
21 years of age, or single sex parties of any age.
7. No Pets are allowed in the caravan. This is for the Health &
Cleanliness for subsequent Holidaymakers. If a pet is reported
to be in the caravan, you will be asked to leave without any
refund. In addition, a charge will be made to you for a full
spring clean of the caravan.
8. The caravan will be thoroughly cleaned between Holidays, but
as there is a limited time between departures and arrivals, I
would ask you to leave the caravan clean and tidy.
9. You are responsible to take care of the caravan and its
contents, and to replace any breakages and pay for any damage
caused. All inventory items can be obtained from the Main
Reception.
10. I the Owner reserve the right to cancel your confirmed
Booking at anytime, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my
control, and refund all monies paid, this shall not exceed the
rental paid for the caravan.
11. I, the Owner, will not be liable for any injury or death,
loss of property, damage suffered by the Hirer or any member of
your party, your belongings are also at your own risk during
your stay.
12. I the Owner and/or my Representative retain the right to
enter my caravan at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs
necessary to the caravan or any equipment with your consent.
13. If you wish to amend your Holiday Booking details once your
confirmation has been returned to you, a fee of £25 will be
charged.
14. FUNWORKS PASSES - these can be obtained from the Main
Reception on arrival, these entitle you to full use of all
facilities on the site during your stay, i.e. swimming pools,
entertainment complex etc.
15. All entertainment programs are arranged by Kiln Park, any
changes are not my responsibility.
16. Customers are asked not to bring privately owned electrical
appliances to the caravan, as all electrical and gas items in
the caravan have been safety tested yearly, this is for your own
safety. If customers do so, they do so at their own risk.
17. Guests are requested not to smoke in the caravan.
18. Arrival time is as stated on your Key Form, Departure time
is 10am.

20. When you have had time to consider these conditions, if
there are any queries you would like to raise, please contact me
on the above contacts numbers.
MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
I, the Owner, endeavour to maintain at all times the highest
possible standards, so with this in mind, in the event of any
complaint, faults or breakages arising either on arrival or once
occupation has commenced, this must be brought to the attention
of the Owner (via the Reception Office or direct to myself)
immediately, so that I may investigate and attempt to rectify as
soon as possible. Requests for compensation will not be
considered after the Holiday has ended.
