Provisional bookings made over the phone must be confirmed
within two weeks by the return of a completed booking form and
£50.00 deposit.
Bookings shall be for one week, unless otherwise stated.
Saturday 2.00 p.m. until Saturday 10.00 a.m. shall
constitute one week.
The
outstanding balance for the hire must be paid at least 5 weeks
before the hire period is due to start.
Cancellation of a booking must be made at least six weeks in
advance of the holiday start date. In the event that a
cancellation is made after this date; you may lose your deposit.
In the event that the owner has to cancel the booking due to
circumstances beyond his control the deposit will be returned
immediately.
The
accommodation keys are collected from the Kiln Park reception
office and will be given at the time of registration in exchange
for the key authorisation form issued
by the owner.
The
keys are to be handed in to the reception office no later than
10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The
hirer will be financially responsible for all breakages and
damage to fixtures and fittings during the hire period and all
such damage must be reported to the owner as soon as possible.
Any necessary repairs will be charged to the hirer.
Regrettably, no responsibility can be accepted for any personal
loss of money or goods by the hirer or companions during the
hire period.
Club membership passes for use in the Kiln Park social club and
other on site facilities are purchased at the hirers'
discretion, and are applied and paid for through the Kiln Park
reception office prior to your holiday.
The use of the
accommodation is strictly limited to hirer (who must be over 21)
and those persons named on the booking form, groups of young
people under the age of 18 years or single sex groups (i.e. of
more than two people) of any age are not allowed and the owner
reserves the right to authorize Kiln Park security to inspect
the accommodation at any time and to notify the owner of any
misuse.
Ball games are not
permitted between vans only in designated areas.
The
feeding of birds and leaving refuse sacks outside the van is not
permitted because of the bird nuisance it causes.
No
smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan at any time.
It is the
responsibility of all members within the hirer’s group to ensure
that no personal belongings are left behind and that
the accommodation is clean and tidy for incoming hirers.
