1.
A provisional booking made over the phone will be held
for a period of two weeks, before which time the deposit
and booking form need to be returned.
2.
A
deposit of £100.00 per week is
required to secure your booking. The deposit is
non-refundable in the
event of a cancellation.
In the event of my having to cancel your booking due to
circumstances beyond my control I will return your deposit.
Immediately.
3.
All outstanding balances must be paid 35 days prior to
commencement of your holiday.
4.
The caravan will be available at 2pm on the day of
arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your
departure to give me time to check the caravan for new arrivals.
5.
The caravan is 4 berth and at no time must this be
exceeded.
6.
The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older, and must be
present during the occupancy of the caravan.
7.
The caravan is not allowed to be occupied by groups of
same sex.
8.
Pets are not allowed in the caravan at any time.
9.
The maximum hire period allowed is 28 days.
10.
The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean
and tidy at all times.
11.
Clothes are to be dried on the airier provided, at no
time are they to be dried over radiators, and clotheslines are
not to be erected.
12.
Tents can only be erected on the designated tenting
fields. They are not allowed between caravans.
13.
The park speed limits must be observed at all times.
14.
No motorcycles are allowed on the park without the
express written permission of the park manager.
15.
In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or
damage to any other user of the or facilities, the park
management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the
park without redress.
16.
All persons using the entertainment complex must honour
the club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be withdraw
at any time by the park management.
17.
Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the large green
bins provided around the park.
18.
Noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum especially
late at night.
Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between
caravans.
