A provisional booking made by
telephone will be held for a period of two weeks only.
During which time the deposit, security deposit and booking form
should be returned.
2.
A deposit of £50 per week is
required to secure your booking. The booking deposit is
non-refundable. In event of the Owner cancelling the
booking due to circumstances beyond their control the deposit
will be returned in full immediately.
3.
The full outstanding balance must be
paid 35 days (5 weeks) prior to arrival at the caravan.
4.
The £50 security deposit is required
35 days (5 weeks) prior to arrival. Any charges for damage
to the caravan or breakages within the caravan, including the
exterior, caused during your stay will be deducted from your
security deposit paid. Should the caravan be handed back
in an unacceptable condition a cleaning charge of £25 will be
deducted from your security deposit. If there are no
problems/issues after your departure inspection the security
deposit will be returned in full by cheque to your home address
within a week of your departure.
5.
The caravan will be available on the
time/day/date shown on your letter of confirmation. The
caravan must be vacated by the time shown.
6.
The caravan must not exceed the
maximum limit of 4 people. This is for insurance
purposes.
7.
Only people named on the official
booking form are allowed to occupy the caravan at any time
during your holiday period. If numbers are exceeded all
persons will be required to leave the site with no refund of any
deposits paid.
8.
The Primary Occupier must be +21
years and must be present for the full duration of the holiday
period.
9.
No pets are allowed in the
caravan at any time.
10.
The caravan is strictly
non-smoking.
11.
The area surrounding the caravan
must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
12.
Clothes are to be dried on the airer
provided. Under no circumstances are you to erect clothes
lines or place clothes on heaters to dry.
13.
Tents cannot be erected
anywhere in Penally Court.
14.
The Caravan Park speed limits are to
be observed at all times.
15.
In the event of behaviour likely to
cause offence or damage to any other user of the facilities, the
park management reserves the right to remove any such offenders
from the park without redress.
16.
All persons using the entertainment
complex, must honour the club rules. Membership is
discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the park
management.
17.
Litter and refuse must be disposed
of in the large green bins provided around the park.
18.
Noise is to be kept to an absolute
minimum late at night.
19.
Ball games are to be played in
designated areas only and not between caravans.
I have read the terms and
conditions detailed above and agree to be bound by them.
