A
provisional booking made by telephone will be held for a
period of two weeks only. During which time the
deposit, security deposit and booking form should be
returned.

A
deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your booking.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. In event of the
Owner cancelling the booking due to circumstances beyond
their control the deposit will be returned in full
immediately.

The
full outstanding balance must be paid 35 days (5 weeks)
prior to arrival at the caravan.

The
£50 security deposit is required 35 days (5 weeks) prior to
arrival. Any charges for damage to the caravan or
breakages within the caravan, including the exterior, caused
during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit
paid. Should the caravan be handed back in an
unacceptable condition a cleaning charge of £25 will be
deducted from your security deposit. If there are no
problems/issues after your departure inspection the security
deposit will be returned in full by cheque to your home
address within a week of your departure.

The
caravan will be available on the time/day/date shown on your
letter of confirmation. The caravan must be vacated by
the time shown.

The
caravan must not exceed the maximum limit of 6 people.
This is for insurance purposes.

Only
people named on the official booking form are allowed to
occupy the caravan at any time during your holiday period.
If numbers are exceeded all persons will be required to
leave the site with no refund of any deposits paid.

The
Primary Occupier must be +21 years and must be present for
the full duration of the holiday period.

No
pets are allowed in the caravan at any time.

The
caravan is strictly non-smoking.

The
area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and tidy at
all times.

Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided. Under
no circumstances are you to erect clothes lines or place
clothes on heaters to dry.

Tents
cannot be erected anywhere near the caravan.

The
Caravan Park speed limits are to be observed at all times.

In
the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to
any other user of the facilities, the park management
reserves the right to remove any such offenders from the
park without redress.

All
persons using the entertainment complex, must honour the
club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be
withdrawn at any time by the park management.

Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the large green
bins provided around the park.

Noise
is to be kept to an absolute minimum late at night.
-
Ball
games are to be played in designated areas only and not
between caravans.
