Kiln Park

 Newly redesigned and redeveloped, Guillemot is Kiln Park’s flagship area, where each home boasts a more spacious location, with its own private parking directly outside your front door, and professionally landscaped gardens with private patio area (complete with patio furniture).  Set at the end of a small cul-de-sac of only 10 caravans, this is one of the most secluded and sought after caravan positions on site.  Ideally situated for access to the beach and Tenby (the famous golden sands of Tenby are only a 5-minute stroll through the sand dunes), yet still within a short walking distance of the supermarket, gift shop, laundrette and the impressive entertainments complex.

The caravan comfortably accommodates six people in total - one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms (one of which also converts into a double bed if required).  Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.  Heated and fully fitted bathroom with spacious shower room with hand basin, and a separate toilet and hand basin – ideal for adult families.

The spacious and airy lounge has a gas fire, 26” flatscreen television with Freeview and DVD player, and an open dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for six people.  But, if you don’t want to eat in, there is a wide choice of excellent cafes and restaurants in Tenby, and plenty of choice on the Park as well.

For your comfort, all the rooms are fully heated, as well as the gas fire in the lounge, and all gas and electric charges are included in your holiday price.

This private caravan is immaculately presented and maintained as new by the owners, to include everything you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday.

In line with Kiln Park’s own policies, we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, but warmly welcome enquiries from families and mature couples.  We respectfully request no smoking in the caravan, and regret that we cannot accept pets.
