1. THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO YOUR BOOKING. THE PERSON
NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM, WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE
MEMBERS OF HIS/HER PARTY. A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL
COME IN TO EXISTENCE WHEN WE ISSUE YOU WITH YOUR BOOKING
DOCUMENTS.
2. A PROVISIONAL
BOOKING MADE OVER THE PHONE WILL BE HELD FOR A PERIOD OF
FOURTEEN DAYS, BEFORE WHICH TIME THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT AND
BOOKING FORM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO:

A DEPOSIT OF £50.00 PER WEEK IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR
BOOKING. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF ANY
CANCELLATION. IN THE EVENT OF US HAVING TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, A FULL REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT
WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
4. ALL OUTSTANDING
BALANCES MUST BE PAID 42 DAYS (
6 WEEKS ) PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF OUR
HOLIDAY. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE OUT TO: DAVID
VICKERY
5. A £50.00
SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ALSO PAYABLE AT THE TIME THE OUTSTANDING
BALANCE IS PAID. ANY DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES SUFFERED DURING THE
PERIOD OF YOUR HOLIDAY
WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THIS DEPOSIT. SHOULD THE CARAVAN BE HANDED
OVER AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY IN A
DIRTY OR UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION, A CLEANING CHARGE OF £25.00
WILL BE MADE. YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7
DAYS OF YOUR KEYS BEING HANDED IN AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY SUBJECT TO ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CHARGES AS
SHOWN BELOW WILL APPLY TO ALL CANCELLATIONS TO COVER OUR COSTS.

7. THE CARAVAN IS A SIX
BERTH, HIGH SPECIFICATION UNIT AND AT NO TIME MUST
ITS OCCUPANCY BE EXCEEDED FOR INSURANCE AND SAFETY PURPOSES.ONLY
PEOPLE NAMED ON THE OFFICIAL BOOKING FORM ARE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY
THE CARAVAN DURING YOUR HOLIDAY PERIOD. .IF NUMBERS ARE EXCEEDED AT ANY TIME ALL
PERSONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE SITE WITH NO REFUND OF ANY
MONIES PAID.

ARRIVAL TIME IS AFTER

AND DEPARTURE TIME IS BEFORE

THE MAXIMUM HIRE PERIOD IS 28 DAYS.
09. THE CARAVAN CAN ONLY BE RENTED BY MATURE COUPLES OVER 21 AND
OR FAMILIES.NO ALL MALE OR FEMALE GROUPS ARE ALLOWED.
10. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE
CARAVAN.
11. THE CARAVAN IS NON SMOKING.
SHOULD THE CARAVAN ‘RAMTEC’ UNIT DETECT ANY SMOKING AND SET OFF
THE SITE CONTROL ROOM ALARM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED
FOR
SECURITY TO RESET THE SYSTEM.
12. WE THE OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH,
LOSS OF PROPERTY, DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE HIRER OR ANY MEMBER OF
YOUR PARTY, YOUR BELONGINGS ARE LEFT IN THE CARAVAN AT YOUR OWN
RISK DURING YOUR STAY.
13. GAS AND ELECTRIC IS FREE OF CHARGE.
BED LINEN/QUILT COVER IS NOT PROVIDED.THERE MAY BE QUILT
PROTECTORS FITTED PLEASE FIT YOURS ON TOP OF THESE.
14. SITE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF
YOUR HOLIDAY. THEY CAN BE
PURCHASED ON SITE FROM RECEPTION BEFORE OR ON YOUR ARRIVAL.DAILY
OR WEEKLY PASSES
ARE AVAILABLE.
15. ALL PERSONS USING THE ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX DO SO AT THEIR
OWN RISK AND MUST HONOUR THE CLUB RULES AT ALL TIMES. MEMBERSHIP
FROM THE CLUB CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME BY THE PARK
MANAGEMENT.
16. WE THE CARAVAN OWNERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE
OF ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES AS THESE ARE ARRANGED BY THE
MANAGEMENT OF KILN
PARK.
17. CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED NOT TO BRING PRIVATELY OWNED ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES TO THE CARAVAN AS THEY MUST BE PAT TESTED FOR YOUR
OWN SAFETY IF YOU DO SO IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
18. ALL ELECTRICAL AND GAS APPLIANCES IN THE CARAVAN ARE TESTED
ONCE A YEAR THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU
TURN OFF ALL GAS AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES WHEN NOT IN
USE.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CARAVAN IS ALARMED USE THIS RAMTEQ
SYSTEM AT ALL TIMES TO PROTECT YOUR VALUABLES AS WELL AS OURS.
19. THE AREA AROUND THE CARAVAN MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND TIDY AT
ALL TIMES.
20. CLOTHES CAN ONLY BE DRIED ON THE AIRER PROVIDED, WHICH IS
HUNG FROM AN OUTSIDE WINDOW. CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON
SITE. PLEASE DO NOT USE RADIATORS FOR DRYING AS IT PRODUCES
CONDENSATION WITHIN THE CARAVAN.
21. PARK SITE AND POLICIES MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES.
22. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR BEHAVIOUR CAUSES OFFENCE OR DAMAGE TO
ANY OTHER USER OF THE SITE AND ITS FACILITIES THE PARK
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY OFFENDERS FROM THE
PARK WITHOUT REDRESS OR REFUND.
23. ALL LITTER AND REFUSE MUST BE DISPOSED OF IN THE LARGE GREEN
BINS PROVIDED AROUND THE PARK. DO NOT LEAVE LITTER OUTSIDE YOUR
CARAVAN.
24.CLEANING ,THE CARAVAN
WILL BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED BETWEEN HOLIDAYS HOWEVER BECAUSE ONLY
A LIMITED PERIOD IS AVAILABLE IN WHICH TO CLEAN THE CARAVAN WE
ASK YOU TO THE CARAVAN AND ITS CONTENTS CLEAN AND TIDY.
25. NOISE MUST BE KEPT TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM AT ALL TIMES
ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
26. BALL GAMES CAN ONLY BE PLAYED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED AREAS
AND NOT OUTSIDE THE CARAVAN.
27. ALL INFORMATION IS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH. NO WARRANTIES ARE
MADE REGARDING INFORMATION PROVIDED WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
28. CAREFULLY CONSIDER AND ENSURE THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
