The following terms and
conditions will apply for your booking. The person named
on the booking form/key form will be responsible for all the
member of his/her party. A contract between you and us
will come into existence when we issue you with your written
confirmation documents.
Payment can be made in full or by
deposit to reserve your holiday reservation. The deposit
required to reserve your holiday is £50.00/£100.00 per week
depending on date required.
The balance payment must be paid
42 prior to the start of your holiday, unless other arrangements
have been agreed. If a booking is made within 42 days of
the start of your holiday payment must be made in full at the
time of the booking.
Failure to pay the full balance
of your holiday by the date due may result in the cancellation
of your holiday reservation without any refund.

07880526569. Your cancellation must also be notified to us
in writing with the return of documents to us. Your cancellation
date will start from the day we receive your written
confirmation. You will incur the following cancellation
charges as shown below, which will cover our costs.

Please note that the minimum
charge is £50 per week
We the owners intend our caravan
to be used for family holidays and are unable to accept bookings
for groups of young people, mixed or single sex under the age of
21 years or single sex parties of any age.
The keys are to be collected from
reception no earlier that 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and,
caravan vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and
keys to be returned to reception.
No pets are allowed in the
caravan under any circumstance. If you are found with a
pet you will be asked to leave without any refund, in addition
you will be sent a bill for a full spring clean of the caravan
and any additional cleaning required.
Guests are asked not to smoke in
our caravan as under no circumstances do we allow smoking in
this caravan.
Cleaning – the caravan will be
thoroughly cleaned between holidays, however, because only a
limited period is available in which to clean the caravan we ask
you to leave the caravan and its contents clean and tidy.
You the hirer are responsible for
the caravan and agree to take all reasonable care of it and to
replace any breakages or damage caused. All items of
inventory can be purchased from kiln park stores located at the
main reception.
In the event of any problems
causes by occupants or damage caused to caravan then the whole
party will be removed without compensation and will be duly
prosecuted.
We ask that you do not wear
outdoor shoes inside the caravan.
Gas and Electricity are free.
I as owner and/or my
representatives reserve the right to enter my caravan at any
reasonable time to carry our repairs deemed necessary to the
caravan or any equipment with your consent.
We the owners reserve the right
to cancel your confirmed booking any anytime due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid.
In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the
caravan.
All electrical and gas appliances
in the caravan are tested once a year this is for your
protection.
As owner I will not be held
liable for any injury, death, loss of property, damage
suffered by the hirer or any member of your party. Your
belongings are also at your own risk during your stay.
Bedding:
Quilts and pillows will be
provided for the double bed and four single beds.
Please ensure you either take
your own sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases.
Alternatively, you may hire them from Kiln Park.
Entertainment passes for the
complex may be obtained for a fee directly from Kiln
Park.
