THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO YOUR
BOOKING. THE PERSON NAMED ON
THE BOOKING FORM/KEY FORM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE
MEMBERS OF HIS/HER PARTY. A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL
COME INTO EXISTENCE
WHEN WE ISSUE YOU YOUR WRITTEN CONFIRMATION DOCUMENTS.
2.
PAYMENT
CAN BE MADE IN FULL OR BY DEPOSIT TO RESERVE YOUR HOLIDAY
RESERVATION. THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR HOLIDAY.
3. FAILURE
TO PAY THE FULL COST OF YOUR HOLIDAY BY THE BALANCE DUE DATE MAY
RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION WITHOUT
ANY REFUND.
4.
ARRIVAL TIME IS AS STATED ON YOUR KEY FORM, DEPARTURE
TIME IS 10.00 AM.

YOUR CANCELLATION MUST ALSO BE NOTIFIED TO US IN WRITING WITH
THE RETURN OF ANY DOCUMENTS TO US. YOUR CANCELLATION DATE WILL
START FROM THE DAY WE RECEIVE YOUR WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. IN
ADDITION TO ANY CHARGE FOR PRIVILEGE PASSES YOU WILL INCUR THE
FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CHARGES AS SHOWN BELOW, WHICH WILL COVER
OUR COSTS.

WE THE OWNERS INTEND OUR CARAVAN TO BE USED FOR FAMILY
HOLIDAYS AND ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG
PEOPLE OF MIXED OR SINGLE SEX UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS OR
SINGLE SEX PARTIES OF ANY AGE.
7.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH A PET YOU WILL BE ASKED TO
LEAVE WITHOUT ANY REFUND, IN ADDITION YOU WILL BE SENT A BILL
FOR A FULL SPRING CLEAN OF THE CARAVAN AND ANY ADDITIONAL
CLEANING REQUIRED.
8.
CLEANING, THE CARAVAN WILL BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED BETWEEN
HOLIDAYS HOWEVER BECAUSE ONLY A LIMITED PERIOD IS AVAILABLE IN
WHICH TO CLEAN THE CARAVAN WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE CARAVAN AND
ITS CONTENTS CLEAN AND TIDY.
9.
YOU THE HIRER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARAVAN AND
UNDERTAKES ALL REASONABLE CARE OF IT AND TO REPLACE ANY
BREAKAGES OR DAMAGE CAUSED. ALL ITEMS OF INVENTORY CAN BE
PURCHASED FROM KILN PARK STORES LOCATED AT THE MAIN RECEPTION.

WE THE OWNERS
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING AT ANYTIME,
DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND REFUND
ALL MONIES PAID. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY MONIES REFUNDED EXCEED
THE RENTAL FOR THE CARAVAN. WE WILL ALSO ATTEMPT TO REFUND ANY
MONIES PAID FOR PRIVILEGE PASSES BUT THIS CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.
11. WE THE OWNERS
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH, LOSS OF PROPERTY,
DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE HIRER OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY, YOUR
BELONGINGS ARE ALSO YOUR OWN RISK DURING YOUR STAY.
12. ALL INFORMATION
IS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH BUT NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE REGARDING
INFORMATION PROVIDED, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
13. WE THE OWNERS
AND/OR OUR REPRESENTATIVES RETAIN THE RIGHT TO ENTER OUR CARAVAN
AT ANY REASONABLE TIME TO CARRY OUT ANY REPAIRS DEEMED NECESSARY
TO THE CARAVAN OR ANY EQUIPMENT WITH YOUR CONSENT.
14. IF YOU WISH TO
CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS ONCE WE HAVE ISSUED YOUR
HOLIDAY CONFIRMATION A FEE OF
£25 WILL BE CHARGED.
15. PRIVILEGE
PASSES, ALL HOLIDAYMAKERS NAMES ARE REGISTERED AT KILN PARK IF
YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR PASSES IN ADVANCE YOU CAN COLLECT FROM
RECEPTION ON YOUR ARRIVAL. PRIVILEGE PASSES ENTITLE YOU TO FULL
USE OF THE BRADLEY BEAR CLUB, T-Co & SWIMMING POOLS PLUS ALL THE
ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES.
16. WE THE OWNERS WILL
NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE OF ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES AS
THESE ARE ARRANGED BY KILN PARK.
17. WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO
MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUESTS, BUT ARE VERY SORRY, THEY CANNOT BE
GUARANTEED.
18. CUSTOMERS ARE
ASKED NOT TO BRING PRIVATELY OWNED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES TO THE
CARAVAN AS THEY MAY 'TRIP' YOUR CARAVANS FUSE BOX, IF CUSTOMERS
DO SO, THEY USE THE EQUIPMENT AT THEIR OWN RISK.
19. ALL ELECTRICAL
AND GAS APPLIANCES IN THE CARAVAN ARE TESTED ONCE A YEAR THIS IS
FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
20. GUESTS ARE
REQUESTED NOT TO SMOKE IN ANY OF THE BEDROOMS IN THE CARAVAN,
ASHTRAYS ARE PROVIDED IN THE LOUNGE.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
OUR
COMMITMENT TO YOU
WE THE OWNERS ENDEAVOR TO MAINTAIN AT ALL
TIMES THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS. SO WITH THIS IN MIND IN
THE EVENT OF ANY COMPLAINT, FAULTS OR BREAKAGES ARISING EITHER
ON ARRIVAL OR ONCE OCCUPATION HAS COMMENCED, THIS MUST BE
BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNERS (VIA THE RECEPTION OFFICE
OR DIRECT TO US) IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE MAY INVESTIGATE AND
ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. REQUESTS FOR
COMPENSATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AFTER THE HOLIDAY HAS ENDED.
