Our holiday home is
situated in an ideal location. It is a short walk to the beach
path and 15 minute walk to the town centre or if you don't fancy
walking there is a bus stop at the walking exit (a few minutes
walk from the caravan) and it
is 5 minutes to the entertainments facilities.

Bars, Takeaway, Restaurant, Amusements, bar and cabaret.
Our Caravan is
fully double glazed and
gas centrally heated (Gas and Electric is free).

The Caravan comprises :
Open plan lounge with Kitchen area,
there are 2 armchairs and a large corner sofa, glass coffee
table, lovely fireplace with electric fire, Corner unit with 20"
TV and DVD player, Dining table and 4 chairs.

There is a fully fitted
kitchen that includes a full
size gas cooker and microwave, full size built in fridge
freezer, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils and crockery,
iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Master Bedroom with ample space to move around, has a
king size bed with overhead cupboards and side cabinets
with lights, wardrobes with storage cupboards and drawers and
TV. En-suit toilet and wash hand basin and glass cabinet.
The second bedroom has 2
single beds (can be joined to from a double) overhead cupboards
with down lights and wardrobe with drawers.
The main bathroom has a
large walk in powerful shower with seating, wash hand basin,
toilet, glass cabinet and shelving.
Outside there is a decked veranda overlooking grassed area and
pathway leading directly from the car park to the caravan door.
with table, chairs and parasol, wooden bench, wooden flower
planters, BBQ, outside light for the evenings.
