This is a privately owned
"Willerby Westbury" 12ft wide 37 ft long caravan, situated
on the award winning Kiln Park Tenby. |
| It is situated opposite the shops,
and very close to the footpath leading to the beach. It is a few
minutes from all the parks amenities, including the FunWorks
entertainment complex, indoor and outdoor pools, children's play
area, tennis courts etc., |

The caravan is double glazed
throughout, and is also centrally heated, with radiators in
every room, so whatever the weather outside, you will be
comfortable and warm inside. There is plenty of seating in the
lounge area, with a lovely gas fire and surround. For your
entertainment, there is a television with video combined, also a
radio, tape, and c.d. player. |
| Between the lounge and kitchen,
there is a dining area with a freestanding table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted, and has a full sized gas cooker, a
fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing
board, and all cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. |

The master bedroom has fully
fitted mirrored wardrobes, with lots of storage space. A door
leads into the shower room from this bedroom. There are
also two other bedrooms, fitted with twin beds, which can be
made into doubles, if required. Duvets and pillows are provided,
but guests are required to provide their own sheets, duvet
covers, and pillow cases. ( If there are covers on the duvets
and pillows, they are just protectors, and your bedding must go
on top of these.) |

The shower room can be accessed through
either the master bedroom, or the hallway. In it there is a large
shower cubicle, and a vanity unit with a wash basin. There is a separate
toilet and wash hand basin, which is very useful. Outside
the caravan there is a patio area, with a table, chairs, and umbrella.
There is also a B.B.Q. Entertainment passes may be
purchased from reception, either in advance, or upon arrival, and Gas
and Electricity are included.
Arrival time is 2pm, and departure time is 10am.
SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED, AND NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CARAVAN. ALSO WE
ONLY LET THE CARAVAN OUT TO COUPLES, OR FAMILIES.
